Instructions
In a large bowl, Mix flour, Add sugar, Add nutmeg, Add baking powder and salt together,
Rub in the margarine,
Then add egg, Add milk and mix into a dough, Flour a flat surface,
Rolling pin and roll the dough into an inch thick layer
Using a rolling cutter, Cut the dough into cubes and sprinkle with flour to prevent from sticking together
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, Drop the dough into the oil and deep-fry until golden and crisp.,
Take out of the oil and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil, Chin chin ready to serve
