Gari and palm oil boiled and moulded into balls and served with soup

  • Wooden Spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cups 2 Cups of Gari
  • 3 Tbsp Palm Oil
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • Cups Water

Instructions
 

  • Pour water into a sauce pan.
  • Add salt, palm oil and bring to a boil.
  • Add gari, stirring continuously with a wooden ladle to avoid lumps.
  • Knead until mixed evenly.
  • Scoop and mould into balls.
  • Palm oiled eba ready to serve.
