Palm Oiled Eba
Gari and palm oil boiled and moulded into balls and served with soup

- 1 Cups 2 Cups of Gari
- 3 Tbsp Palm Oil
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1½ Cups Water
Pour water into a sauce pan.
Add salt, palm oil and bring to a boil.
Add gari, stirring continuously with a wooden ladle to avoid lumps.
Knead until mixed evenly.
Scoop and mould into balls.
Palm oiled eba ready to serve.
