Cut the wings into three parts and place in a bowl.
Add soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, stir and set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
Pour kpakposhito into a blender, add garlic, ginger, chives, water and blend into a paste.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat, add the marinated wings and stir-fry for 7 minutes. Then add the blended kpakposhito mixture.
Stir to coat evenly and let simmer for 3 minutes.
Kpakposhito wings ready.
Garnish with onion slices and serve.
