Instructions
Bring the water to a boil over medium heat. Add salt, then the cornmeal, and let it boil in the water for 3 minutes before stirring in.
Knead to get a smooth dough and cooked through for about 15 minutes.
Transfer into a bowl, level with a spoon and set aside till serving.
Ugali ready to serve. Slice into equal parts and share
