Cassava flour cooked in hot water and can be served with hot groundnut soup

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Cassava Powder
  • 300 ml 300ml Water

Instructions
 

  • Boil 500ml of water in a saucepan.
  • Add the cassava flour in bits, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  • Knead until there are no lumps and cooked through for 15 - 20 minutes.
  • Scoop into serving bowls and set aside.
  • Amala / Kokonte ready to serve.
