Hemp Oil Salad
Vegetable Salad made with Skin Gourmet Hemp Oil and black pepper.

- 1 Bundle of Lollo Rosso Lettuce Sliced
- 150 g Chards
- 1 Medium Onion Sliced
- 10 Cherry Tomatoes Halved
- ½ Cup Green Olives () Sliced
- 3 Tbsp Skin Gourmet Hemp Oil
- 1 Cloves of Garlic Minced
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- ½ Tsp Black Pepper
- ½ Tsp Salt
Place the lettuce in a salad dish, followed by the chard leaves, sliced onion, cherry tomatoes and sliced olives.
Continue with the remaining ingredients repeatedly and set aside.
Pour the hemp oil into a small mixing bowl, add the minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, salt and whisk together.
Drizzle on the salad and serve.
Hemp oil salad ready.
