- 1½ Cups Red Beans Washed
- 1½ Cups Bulgurium Wheat
- 1½ Litres Water
- 1 Tsp Salt Optional
Pour washed red beans into a saucepan over medium heat, add 1 litre of water and let it boil for 25 minutes or until partially cooked.
Add the washed Bulgurium whole wheat, 500ml of water, stir, turn down the wheat and let it cook for another 25 minutes.
Bulgurium wheat waakye ready to serve.
