Spiced Lemongrass Tea
A special tea made with lemongrass, ginger and cinnamon
- A bouquet of lemon grass leaves
- 1 medium ginger crushed
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp grains of selim
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 ltr of water
- 1 cup whole milk
Place the bouquet of lemon grass leaves in a saucepan over medium heat, add crushed ginger, cloves, grains of selim, cinnamon stick, water and let boil for 10minutes.
Add whole milk, and let simmer for 3 minutes then take off the heat.
Strain into a tea pot.
Spiced lemongrass tea ready to serve. Serve with any sweetener of your choice.
