Pound the chicken breast on a chopping board and set aside
Pour olive oil into a bowl,add cayenne pepper,thyme,cumin,black pepper,salt,soy sauce,and whisk together.
Add the pounded chicken,rub in the marinade,cover with cling film and set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
Mix melted butter with Italian herbs and garlic powder,Pour the butter mixture on cubed bread and mix to coat evenly.
Bake at 180c for 15mins take out of the oven and let cool off
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and place the marinated chicken then pan-grill for 3 minutes on both sides
Tear the romaine lettuce into large pieces and place in a bowl add cherry tomatoes,croutons then shave the parmesan cheese on top then set aside
Mix mayonnaise,grated parmesan cheese,anchovies,garlic,vinegar and olive oil into a smooth consistency
Slice the grilled chicken into thin stripes and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds
Fetch the salad into a serving bowl,place the chicken beside and spread the dressing on top
Chicken caesar salad ready to serve!
