- A bouquet of lemon grass leaves
- 1 medium ginger, crushed
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp grains of selim
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 liter of water
- 1 cup whole milk
- Place the bouquet of lemon grass leaves in a saucepan over medium heat, add crushed ginger, cloves, grains of selim, cinnamon stick, water and let boil for 10minutes.
- Add whole milk, and let simmer for 3 minutes then take off the heat.
- Strain into a tea pot.
- Spiced lemongrass tea ready to serve. Serve with any sweetener of your choice.
