SALTED COCONUT OIL POPCORN

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Skin Gourmet Coconut oil
  • 1 Cup Corn Kernel
  • 1 Tbsp Salt

Directions

  1. Heat coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add corn kernel, stir, cover and let it starts popping.
  3. Shake the saucepan occasionally for 8 minutes.
  4. Add the salt, shake the saucepan to coat evenly and take off the heat.
  5. Coconut oil popcorn ready to serve.
