RICE CRISPIES CHICKEN TOTS

Ingredients

  • 100g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tbsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs , for eggwash
  • 2 cups rice krispies
  • 300ml vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Season the diced chicken breast with garlic granules, ginger powder, black pepper, salt , stir and set aside
  2. Whisk the eggs and set aside
  3. Pour the rice krispies into a bowl and set aside too
  4. Take one of the seasoned chicken breast, dip in the egg wash then coat with the rice krispies
  5. Carefully place in a heated vegetable oil and deep-fry for 5-7 minutes. Take out and place on kitchen paper to drain excess oil
  6. Rice krispies chicken tots ready. Serve with tomato ketchup
