PALM WINE CUCUMBER COOLERS

Ingredients

  • 1 Litre Fresh Palm Pine
  • 2 Medium Cucumbers (Chopped)
  • 1 Small Ginger (Chopped)
  • ¾ Cup Water
  • 2 Cups Ice Cubes
  • 1 Small Cucumber (Sliced for Garnish)
  • A Handful of Fresh Mint Leaves (For Garnish)

Directions

  1. Pour the chopped cucumber, ginger and water into a blender and blend into a smooth mixture.
  2. Strain and pour the juice into the palm wine.
  3. Stir and pour into a glass filled with ice and sliced cucumber.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves.
  5. Palm wine cucumber coolers ready to serve.
