PALM OIL FRIED RICE

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp palm oil
  • 1 large chicken thigh, deboned & diced
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 100g French beans, chopped
  • 2 cups long grain rice, cooked
  • 1 medium orange bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, diced

Directions

  1. Pour palm oil into a wok over medium heat, add the diced chicken, black pepper, garlic powder, salt, stir-fry and let cook through for 5 minutes.
  2. Add onion, French beans, stir-fry for a minute then add the cooked rice, toss to mix evenly

  5. Palm oil chicken fried rice ready to serve.
