Transfer the shrimps to a mixing bowl, add dried chives, black pepper, garlic granules, smoked paprika, salt, sesame oil and stir till evenly coated.
Put a shallow frying pan on medium heat and pour the olive oil in, once the oil gets hot add the chopped onion and fry till its translucent, add the shrimps and sear for 3 minutes on both sides then transfer the shrimps on a plate and set aside.
Add the curry powder and stir it in the oil, add the washed bulgar wheat, salt and stir it in for 2 minutes.
Add 400ml water stir and cover to cook for 12 minutes
Add carrot, red and yellow bell pepper, seared shrimps, chopped green chili and stir it in.
