Ingredients

  • 100g pineapple, chopped
  • 50g boiled beetroot, chopped
  • 2 tbsp passion fruit pulp
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 30ml white rum
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup ice

Directions

  1. Pour the chopped pineapple into a blender, add the beetroot, passion fruit pulp, honey, rum, coconut milk , ice and blend into a smooth mixture
  2. Pour into a serving glass and garnish with mint leaves
  3. Naughty coco beet ready to serve
