Fonio cooked in hot water and moulded into balls

  • Sauce Pan
  • Wooden Spatula
  • Small Plastic Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Fonio
  • 1 Liter Water

Instructions
 

  • Bring half of the water to a boil.
  • Add the fonio, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  • Knead to get a smooth dough, then add the remaining water and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Knead into a smooth dough, scoop and mould into small balls.
  • Fonio balls ready to serve.
