4 - 6 PEOPLE
- 1 ½ Cups of Red Beans (Washed)
- 1 ½ Cups of Bulgurium Wheat
- 1 ½ Litres of Water
- 1 Tsp of Salt (Optional)
- Pour washed red beans into a saucepan over medium heat, add 1 litre of water and let it boil for 25 minutes or until partially cooked.
- Add the washed Bulgurium whole wheat, 500ml of water, stir, turn down the wheat and let it cook for another 25 minutes.
- Bulgurium wheat waakye ready to serve.
