BEETROOT & RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1cup chopped cooked beetroot
  • 1cup thawed, frozen raspberry
  • 400ml almond milk
  • ½ cup ice
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Directions

  1. Pour all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth
  2. Pour the smoothie in serving glasses and garnish with mint leaves
  3. Beetroot and raspberry smoothie ready to serve
