Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Cornmeal
  • 600 ml Water
  • 1 Tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Bring the water to a boil over medium heat. Add salt, then the cornmeal, and let it boil in the water for 3 minutes before stirring in.
  • Knead to get a smooth dough and cooked through for about 15 minutes.
  • Transfer into a bowl, level with a spoon and set aside till serving.
  • Ugali ready to serve. Slice into equal parts and share
    NB best served warm.
